A revision is anything that does not directly change or modify a core item. For example, adjusting layout, wording, or spacing = a revision.

A color palette change = NOT a revision (it's a core item change)
A color change within the existing palette = counts as a revision

Any changes to core items after the initial agreement are charged at $80 per core item.
